Th This is a g ood cooking magazine recipe my wife likes. Its got good flavor. We have her brothers recipe which once won a norfolk carrier fleet cookoff when 5 carriers were in. Ill bust that out when the kids arent home for its a bit hot for them.

Pre-Beans means it is real chili.... Add beans and you have some been beef stew.
